To make your purchase on pow-wow-tribe.com simply follow these steps:

Choose the section (woman, man) and family (type of article) and view the products that interests you.

Select the item and add it to your shopping cart. Then you can choose to continue to buy or place your order.

If you wish to proceed with your order you can finish your purchase with your registration on our website.

Then select the payment method.

PAYMENT METHODS

We have the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Multibanco.

Multibanco - This payment method generates and sends a reference by e-mail, which you can pay in any ATM or online box in your Homebanking (available only for Portugal).

SHIPMENT

After processing your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your delivery (the moment your order leaves the warehouse).

Shipping costs will always be communicated to the consumer during the moment of purchase and before completing the process. See below the details about our delivery service.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Pow-wow-tribe accepts trade and return of products (considering the available stock) within 30 days after the order delivery date , reserving the right to refuse returns that have been sent after the deadline or products which are not in the same conditions as received.

Costs associated with return/exchange of the product are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged items. If the product is damaged we return or exchange the item and assume total responsibility for the shipping costs.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

To make your trade on Pow-wow-tribe.com simply follow these steps:

Fill the online form, or send an e-mail to help@pow-wow-tribe.com, with the following information: 1) order identification number 2) full name 3) reasons why you want to return the product.

You will receive an email confirming your return upon stock availability.

Deliver the packaged product with the invoice inside at the closest post office. When sending your return you can use the original packaging provided if it is not damaged.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the article as well as the reshipment of the new product within 2-3 working days.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

To realize your return on Pow-wow-tribe.com simply follow these steps:

Fill the online form, or send an e-mail to help@pow-wow-tribe.com, with the following information: 1) order identification number 2) full name 3) reasons why you want to return the product.

You will receive an email confirming your return upon stock availability.

Deliver the packaged product with the invoice inside at the closest post office. When sending your return you can use the original packaging provided it is not damaged.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the item as well as the refund of the order value using the same payment method you originally used.
